Shipping and Returns information is entered via the Information Manager.   

On ALL of our KNIVES and Products except for product that is being Closed Out, if you are not 100% satisfied when you receive it, drop me a quick email @ howesknifeshop@gmail.com letting me know what the problem is, then promptly return as it was shipped. Do not use or continue handling product, just return within the next few days of receiving and you can use cost of product toward anything in inventory. We want you happy with all purchases from Howes Knife Shop, so we will do all we can toward acheiving that goal.
