DPX HEST II ASSAULT-These are incredible knives in hand. The sheath for the Assault has a kydex insert that the blade "snaps" into like it should with a secondary retention strap under the lip to make sure it will not fall out. The Assault is made by Lion Steel -
Supeior to D2 in edge retention and does not rust as quickly. This is the same steel Gianni uses in the SR-1!

DPX HEST II Assault 7 1/2" overall. 3 1/8" Sliepner tool steel blade provides extreme edge retention and hardness. Hollow G-10 handles with slotted hex screws. Integrated striker pommel, pry bar and lanyard hole. Black cordura sheath. Designed by Robert Young Pelton. Made in Italy.
